Dani has 20 years of reinsurance experience and is leading Swiss Re's global Cyber team. This team is responsible for Swiss Re's global Cyber business, including underwriting, accumulation management, analytics and risk insights. Dani is a member of the Specialty Leadership Team, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
He previously led the Specialty Centre, overseeing underwriting excellence and operations of the global Specialty business. Prior to that he held various roles in Engineering & Construction Underwriting, including the role of Global Chief Underwriter from 2018-2020. Before joining Swiss Re, Dani was a construction consultant working in the field of infrastructure projects and sustainability.
Dani holds master's degrees in Environmental Engineering from ETH Zurich and in Economics from the University of Fribourg.
