Chloé Michel Behavioural Research Manager CUO L&H Reinsurance

Chloé Michel is an economist at Swiss Re Institute currently working on developing new behaviourally informed offerings to make the insurance world more human centric. In the past she applied behavioural science to insurers' pain points going from underwriting to retention.

Before joining Swiss Re, Chloé did her PhD at the University of Zurich with a focus on behavioural economics and consumer behaviour.
