Chee Foo is the Head of Life & Health Portfolio Steering & Monitoring for Swiss Re L&H Reinsurance. Based in Singapore, Chee leads a global team of approximately 100 professionals across key functions including portfolio steering, experience studies, monitoring, and analytics. He is also responsible for implementing Smart Circles for the Life & Health business, ensuring effective feedback loops across the value chain.
Since joining Swiss Re in 2002, Chee has held a variety of roles across the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Australia, ranging from traditional Pricing and Valuation roles, to actuarial systems development, finance transformation and leadership roles. Just prior to his current role, Chee was Head of Life & Health Business Management Asia, where he also sat on the Asia Management Team.
Chee graduated from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
