Cathy Zhang Head L&H Underwriting & Claims China

Cathy joined Swiss Re Beijing office in 1997.  With 25 years of reinsurance experience, she had wide range of exposure from Life & Health claims management, medical product origination, solutions development to client management.

Since April 2020, she has taken on the current role of Head Life & Health Claims Asia, based in Singapore. In this role, she is leading the team to deliver differentiated claims service and drive claim solutions by leveraging Swiss Re's claims expertise and insight across the markets in Asia.

Cathy holds a Master degree of Business Management. She is a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI), and Fellow of Life and Health Claims (FLHC).
