Cao Bin 曹斌 Vice Mayor of Neijiang City, Sichuan Province 四川省内江市人民政府副市长

Cao Bin, was born in May 1969 in Shehong, Sichuan Province. He graduated from the Central Party school with a master's degree in economic management. He has successively served as member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Organization Department of Anju District Party Committee of Suining City, Sichuan Province; member of the Standing Committee of Anju District Party Committee and deputy head of Anju District Government; deputy secretary of Anju District Party Committee and head of Anju District Government; deputy secretary of Chuanshan District Party Committee of Suining City and head of Chuanshan District Government; secretary of Chuanshan District Party Committee. 

He is now Vice Mayor of Neijiang Municipal People’s Government of Sichuan Province, responsible for ecological environment, natural resources, urban and rural planning, housing and urban rural construction, urban management, new town construction.

曹斌，生于1969年5月，四川射洪人，1988年7月参加工作，中央党校经济管理专业毕业，中央党校研究生学历。曾先后担任四川省遂宁市安居区委常委、组织部部长，安居区委常委、副区长，安居区委副书记、区长，遂宁市船山区委副书记、区长，船山区委书记，现任四川省内江市人民政府副市长。工作职责是：负责生态环境、自然资源、城乡规划、住房城乡建设、城市管理、新城建设等工作。
