Brian Lynch Wade is a Senior Client Underwriter within Swiss Re's Market Units P&C Reinsurance team, responsible for Treaty Property & Casualty business across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. He partners with insurers to develop tailored reinsurance solutions, combining underwriting expertise, catastrophe risk assessment, and portfolio analytics to address evolving market challenges.

Brian specializes in addressing complex underwriting and natural catastrophe challenges, working with clients to structure reinsurance programs, refine pricing approaches and develop innovative risk transfer solutions. As one of Swiss Re's principal technical representatives in the Italian market, he works closely with clients and local leadership to strengthen strategic relationships and deliver solution-oriented outcomes.

Before joining the Southern Europe team, Brian held underwriting and client management roles supporting Swiss Re's business across Latin America. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in actuarial science from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
