Brian Carteaux Head Operations North America COO L&H Reinsurance

Brian is Head L&H Business Operations North America. Prior; he was the Head L&H In-Force Solutions where he led global efforts to help clients optimize in-force portfolios and improve policyholder value. With over 25 years of experience across actuarial pricing, marketing, and in-force management, he has held a range of leadership roles focused on client relationship management and improving product performance. 

Since joining Swiss Re in 2000, Brian has built a strong track record of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions and leading teams to enhance financial performance for both clients and Swiss Re. 

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and holds degrees in actuarial science and statistics from Purdue University.
