Armando Zazueta is a professional with a strong academic background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration. After beginning his career in the pharmaceutical sector in Mexico, Armando joined Swiss Re in 2005 as a Property Facultative Underwriter in Mexico City.

Throughout his tenure at Swiss Re, Armando has held several key positions across various regions, including Mexico, San Francisco, New York, and Miami. His leadership roles in Property, Casualty, and Engineering have spanned across business units, demonstrating his versatile expertise in the industry. In 2024, Armando joined the Global Specialty market unit, where he took on the role of Head of Engineering Excellence & LATAM.
