Anthony Watkins Senior Claims Operations Officer COO P&C Reinsurance

Anthony Watkins is the Senior Claims Operations Officer in the COO P&C Reinsurance team at Swiss Re. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the global re/insurance sector, with a strong track record in operational leadership, executive support, governance, and transformation across complex international organisations.

In his role, Anthony supports the effective management of Claims by translating strategic priorities into clear operating rhythms, structured decision-making, and disciplined execution.

Before joining the COO P&C Reinsurance team, Anthony held a range of operational and transformation roles across Swiss Re and the wider insurance sector, including in Switzerland, and the Middle East.

Anthony holds an MSc in Psychology and a BSc in Business Information Systems.
