Angela is a Claims Expert at Swiss Re's Zurich office, with over 13 years of specialized experience in managing Credit & Surety claims. With a primary focus on the EMEA region and specialized expertise in Political Risk claims, Angela oversees a spectrum of responsibilities, including loss prevention, mitigation, adjudication, and resolution. She actively contributes to knowledge dissemination and implements industry-leading practices through engagement in market meetings and high-profile industry events. 
Before joining Swiss Re, Angela served as a Credit Analyst at Citibank, refining her financial acumen. She holds a degree in Philosophy and a Master's in Human Rights and Conflict Management, reflecting her strategic approach to problem solving.
