Angela Gleason Deputy Head Gov & Regulatory Affairs P&C Group Risk Management

Angela Gleason is Head, Property and Casualty (P&C) Regulation at Swiss Re. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating and implementing Swiss Re’s advocacy and engagement on P&C specific issues, including tort reform efforts.  She is also active on data, privacy, and cybersecurity issues for both life and P&C lines of insurance.   The mission of regulatory affairs is to identify, influence, and communicate regulatory and legislative risks and opportunities in the Americas to enable business success across the enterprise. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Angela was Senior Director and Counsel for the American Property Casualty Insurance Association. She holds a BA from John Carroll University and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University.
