Angela Feigl

Angela Feigl has dedicated her career to help transform people and organizations for a more sustainable learning experience.

For 20+ years she has been leveraging gamification and learning technologies to design and successfully implement skill development, organizational transformation, change management, and similar highly impactful learning initiatives. Her main focus is to change the way learning is designed and delivered through enhancing learning effectiveness, achieving sustainable behavior change, and creating training and development initiatives with measurable (business) impact.

Her training focus is performance and change management, digital transformation as well as empathy, emotional intelligence and high performing teams.

Angela holds an MBA from WU Wien, a DEA from Paris Dauphine and is a NLP master-practitioner. Born and raised in Austria, Angela has worked out of Europe, Asia and the US.
Angela is the co-founder of Digitall360 and Quaesitus, a unique talent mining, development and management platform. She is a passionate “parentrepreneur” and citizen of the world rooting for making learning fun.
