As of 31st December 2025, Swiss Re employs 15,238 people (-0.8% year over year), of which 14,893 are permanent positions. Of the total headcount, 50.7% work in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), 22.4% in the Americas and 26.9% in Asia Pacific (APAC) region. A total of 126 nationalities are represented at Swiss Re across 67 offices in 27 countries.
