Description

In contrast to American street photography, Beat Streuli does not try to find a spectacular picture, but prefers totally ordinary, everyday scenes. Taken from the point of view of a voyeur, his large-format photographs of anonymous passers-by stand out because of their delightful colour contrasts and because they are often characterised by a relaxed mood that conveys a positive picture of the multicultural society in large cities.
