Our Onboarding Process

Step 1: Awareness

  • Please use our ‘getting in touch’ form to make contact - we will respond within 4 weeks to provide feedback
  • We may invite you to a pitch session to provide opportunity to demonstrate what you can offer and to make sure that we work well together
  • We may ask you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at this stage

Step 2: Due Diligence

  • We may suggest a PoC to further assess your offered capability
  • An NDA will be required at this stage
  • The potential scope of working together will be discussed and agreed
  • A risk assessment will be conducted
  • Business sponsorship will be sought internally
  • A technology assessment will be conducted

Step 3: Onboard

  • We will begin your setup on our supplier systems
  • A contract will be formed and agreed
  • Delivering the first capability will commence
