Stephen Way Senior Solutions Manager UK & Ireland Solutions

Stephen Way is a Senior Solutions Manager UK & Ireland at Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions. Working out of our London office, Stephen is part of the sales and origination team, responsible for the distribution and licensing of our state-of-the-art Property, Specialty and Casualty Solutions, as well as Risk Consulting and Analytics projects for UK & Ireland based clients.

Stephen joined Swiss Re Solutions in 2020 from Airbus Defence and Space (Intelligence) where he was responsible for Insurance and Finance clients consuming geospatial data and visualisation. Prior to this, he held various positions at leading Commercial and Construction brokerages, focused on complex Property and Liability risk assessment and placement.
