Sally Blake UK Diversity and Inclusion Manager Zurich Insurance

The first female winner of the Morgan Owen Award and a One Young World Ambassador, Sally currently
works as Zurich’s UK Diversity and Inclusion Manager.
Sally is an ambassador for sustainable business practice and an advocate for inclusive technology.
Having started as a claims handler and moving through roles in segment development and underwriting,
digital transformation and customer analytics, she applies first-hand experience to help make insurance
a more welcoming industry for employees and customers.
A Women in Business Award Recipient, Sally recently completed an Executive MBA at Bayes Business
School, and is the leader of the IIL’s InsurTech Research Study. Sally is a Trust Executive for the Zurich
Community Trust and a member of the IIL Council
