Rebecca Dunn Actuarial Director, Reinsurance Solutions Aon

Rebecca helps Aon clients evaluate potential losses and manage organizations more effectively through advanced analytics, modeling and quantification.

Prior to her role at Aon, Rebecca served as an actuary at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) within the National Flood Insurance Program. At FEMA, Rebecca leveraged catastrophe modeling, actuarial science, and data to inform insurance and public policy decisions with the aim of creating sustainable flood coverage for the nation.

Rebecca brings private insurance industry experience through her work as a Milliman consultant where she advised private insurers across P&C lines of business. Throughout her career, Rebecca’s goal has been to empower decision-makers by connecting complex systems to human outcomes.

She holds degrees in Applied Mathematics and Math Education from American University and is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
