Noriko O. Tsuya is Distinguished Professor at Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. She is also a senior researcher of Keio Global Research Institute, engaging in a project on prolonged longevity and changing life course in Japan. Her research focuses on demographics in Japan, focusing fertility and family change.

She currently chairs the Council Committee of National Institute of Population and Social Security Research.
