Nadya Wells Senior Research Adviser Geneva Graduate Institute

Dr Nadya Wells is Senior Research Adviser at the Geneva Graduate Institute and a researcher at the Medical Faculty of the University of Geneva. She is a financial expert working on challenges in the antibiotic investment ecosystem which preclude research, development, production and access to appropriate antibiotics. Her work on failed commercialisation of novel antibiotics and antibiotic supply chain collapse has garnered considerable attention from policy makers. Nadya holds an MA from Oxford University, an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD in biomedical sciences from the University of Geneva.
