Adam joined the insurance market in 1984 working as a cargo and specie underwriter in the Lloyd's market before moving to a broking role in 1992. He then joined Eagle Star Re in 1997, working through to GE Insurance Solutions which was acquired by Swiss Re in 2006, where he was responsible for all (re)insurance business in the UK Market
Today he is Head of Marine & Energy and is a member of the Specialty leadership team.
