Third Party Mgmt Operations Manager (maternity cover)
Location: Bratislava, SK
ABOUT THE TEAM
The TPM Operations and Delivery team runs core TPM services across onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, reporting and offboarding. We work with business units, legal entities, Procurement, Risk, Compliance and other control functions to apply TPM requirements consistently and support transparent regulatory and management reporting.
This role is for an experienced professional who can work independently, handle ambiguity, solve problems with discipline and help stakeholders do business with third parties in a controlled and efficient way.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Third-Party Operations and Delivery Manager — DORA, you will coordinate TPM execution across the third-party lifecycle and support DORA-related deliverables, including data validation, legal entity coordination, reporting readiness and responses to audit or regulatory requests. You will translate requirements into clear actions, escalate issues early and help maintain high-quality data, controls and evidence.
This is a two-year fixed-term maternity cover role. Future opportunities within Swiss Re may be considered, subject to individual performance and business needs. We encourage applications from motivated professionals with relevant experience in third-party management, regulatory delivery, operational risk, compliance, procurement, audit or service delivery. The role is not designed as an entry-level position. It requires ownership, good judgement, stakeholder confidence and the ability to deliver results in a global environment.
