About the Role
As a Senior Business Manager within the CRES Business Management team at Swiss Re, you will be at the heart of a global function - shaping data quality, driving governance excellence, and delivering high-impact executive reporting that informs decision-making across the CRES organisation. This is a role offering significant visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
You will partner closely with the CRES Executive Team and senior leaders globally, providing actionable insights, robust analysis, and strategic recommendations. You will help advance our data and reporting framework, support Records Management initiatives, and respond to evolving business priorities to enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously enhance the CRES data and reporting framework to drive data quality and reporting excellence, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and relevance of management information
- Deliver high-quality executive reporting that translates complex information into clear, concise and compelling insights for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Provide actionable recommendations by combining strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset to support informed decision-making
- Support strategic and operational initiatives by responding effectively to evolving business priorities, managing ad hoc requests and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
- Collaborate across departments and geographies, working with senior stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of initiatives, including the Records Management Enhancement Programme within CRES and foster alignment across teams
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes, enhance frameworks and embed a culture of data-driven thinking across the CRES organisation
About the Team
The Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) Business Management team is part of a dynamic unit of approximately 420 professionals responsible for real estate strategy, operations and service delivery for around 15,000 employees across approximately 70 locations worldwide. Our team sits at the intersection of strategy, governance and operations — ensuring that the CRES organisation runs effectively, compliantly and with a sharp focus on quality.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Proven experience in business management with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in complex, cross-functional and international environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making
- Expertise in executive reporting and management information, with a demonstrated ability to synthesise key insights and communicate multifaceted topics in a clear, structured and accessible manner
- Experience with governance frameworks, including Records Management
- Experience in data quality management and the continuous enhancement of reporting frameworks and governance standards
- A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset, complemented by intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement approach
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain momentum under pressure, and deliver on time
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
- Experience working in a global matrix organisation with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2900 and EUR 4800 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
