About the Role:

As an Operational Risk Data Analyst, you'll sit at the exciting crossroads of risk management andtechnology. You'll be translating complex business requirements into practical, data-drivensolutions that enhance our operational risk framework. From designing powerful dashboards tooptimizing workflows in Palantir Foundry, your work will be visible, valued, and impactful — withstakeholders across the globe relying on the solutions you build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop impactful dashboards and data visualizations that transform complexrisk data into clear, actionable insights
  • Implement and optimize workflows within the Palantir Foundry application suite tostreamline operational risk processes
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions using existingOperational Risk Management (ORM) applications
  • Leverage SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to create efficient and scalable reportingmechanisms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand diverse needs and deliver tailored,high-quality solutions
  • Automate routine processes using robotic process automation to drive efficiency andreduce manual effort
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications and solutions to ensure continuedeffectiveness and relevance
  • Analyze operational risk data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementacross the organization

About the Team:

You'll be joining the Operational Risk Management Governance team within Group Functions RiskManagement (GFRM) — a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven team dedicated toexcellence in risk management. The team is focused on advancing operational risk activities inline with a clearly defined vision, applying technology and analytics expertise to enhance both theeffectiveness and efficiency of operational risk management across the organization. Together,the team develops forward-looking solutions that strengthen the risk management framework anddrive meaningful change at a global scale. About You:

You're a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on turning complex business challenges intoelegant technical solutions. You have a natural curiosity about data and a talent for uncoveringpatterns and insights that others might miss. Your strong communication skills allow you tobridge the gap between technical concepts and business needs, making you a trusted andeffective collaborator across departments and cultures. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, risk management, or a relateddiscipline
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and delivering dashboards and/ordeveloping workflows within the Palantir Foundry application suite (including CodeWorkbook, Code Repositories, Workshop, and Ontology Manager)
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA)
  • Understanding of enterprise risk management concepts and frameworks
  • Experience working in the financial services or insurance industry
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
  • Ability to prioritize multiple topics simultaneously and switch fluidly between detailedanalytics and big-picture thinking
  • Experience working in multicultural, global environments

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office atleast three days per week.
