L&H RE Records Management Manager

Regular Employment

Location: Bangalore, KA, IN

This newly created role will drive key elements of L&H Re Records Management and represent L&H in the Group Records Management Enhancement Program. The role combines regional accountability with global programme involvement and plays a critical part in embedding the future Records Management Target Operating Model (TOM) within L&H Re.

The successful candidate will help transition L&H Re from legacy remediation towards a sustainable, business-integrated Records Management capability.

Key focus areas include:

  • Planning, preparing and driving remediation of high-priority Records Management issues in the region and as part of the global team. This includes reducing physical records backlog, reviewing and triaging unindexed boxes, and addressing legacy issues in electronic records.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper between local business teams, Group Records Management, and CRES to ensure efficient coordination, clear accountability, and optimal use of resources.
  • Conducting structured analysis of physical and electronic records data, documenting issues, and tracking remediation and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Actively sharing lessons learned within L&H Re and across Group Records Management and other BUs, ensuring insights are embedded into future TOM design and improvements.
  • Implementing the future Records Management TOM within L&H Re, fully aligned with the Group TOM, and acting as a strong advocate for Records Management across the business.

This role leads initiatives across the L&H Re landscape, covering most of the end-to-end value chain. Success requires understanding the broader strategic context while remaining closely connected to functional and MU stakeholder needs. Sustainable global solutions require strong stakeholder engagement, transparent communication, and decisive execution.
