About the Role
As a Back Office Administrator supporting our underwriting team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our insurance operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Document Management: Review and process insurance documents with attention to detail and accuracy

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of office administration and support functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
These are additional nice to haves:
- Previous experience in back office, administrative support, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with corporate environments or financial services
- Experience with data entry or document processing
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,400 and EUR 2,300 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
