About the Role

As a Back Office Administrator with French/German, you'll be at the heart of our Corporate Solutions operations, supporting underwriting units with their end-to-end business processes. This is a role where precision meets collaboration - you'll help ensure that our underwriting contracts are accurately reflected in our systems, that our processes run smoothly, and that our colleagues across EMEA have a reliable partner they can count on. If you enjoy working with data, communicating across cultures, and making a real operational impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate insurance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain internal systems to accurately reflect underwriting contracts, ensuring data integrity at every step
  • Work with data and Excel spreadsheets to support reporting, tracking, and operational tasks across the underwriting lifecycle
  • Follow established guidelines and processes while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing ideas with the team
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively in French OR German with colleagues across multiple EMEA locations, building strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Support policy administration by managing insurance policies covering both local and international clients
  • Contribute to smooth operations during peak periods by prioritising tasks effectively and maintaining high-quality output even under pressure

About the Team

Our team works closely with the underwriting community, and our mission is clear: ensure the correctness of data entered into our systems and keep operational processes running smoothly to resolve any issues related to policy administration. We manage insurance policies that span both local and international clients, making our work both varied and impactful. We are a diverse, collaborative group spread across EMEA, and we genuinely care about each other's growth and success. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop, and uncover your potential -finding real meaning and satisfaction in the work you do every day.

About You

We're not looking for perfection - we're looking for curiosity, dedication, and a genuine desire to contribute. You bring a positive attitude to your work, take pride in getting the details right, and feel comfortable navigating a multicultural, fast-paced environment. You're someone who speaks up when you see a better way of doing things, and you know how to balance independent work with great teamwork. Whether you're early in your career or bringing some years of experience, what matters most is your mindset and your drive to grow.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Experience in a back office, administrative, or operations role, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in English and French OR German (both spoken and written) -essential for day-to-day communication with colleagues and stakeholders across EMEA
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook, for data management, reporting, and professional communication
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical confidence - you're comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring accuracy in everything you produce
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, especially the ability to prioritise effectively when workloads increase

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you don't just flag issues, you come with ideas and solutions
