About the Role:
Are you an early-career engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building and integrating applications? This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to grow in both Integration and SaaS Application configuration.
You will be part of a squad responsible for Procurement, Audit, and Finance applications, working closely with senior engineers and learning modern integration and SaaS platforms like Coupa.
As an Integration Engineer, you will:
Develop and support integration solutions using modern technologies (Azure function app, APIs, etc.)
Build and maintain data transformations and data workflows between systems
Assist in API development, testing, and documentation
Troubleshoot integration issues and support incident resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, developers, functional teams)
Contribute to automation of workflows and business processes
Document solutions, configurations, and support knowledge sharing
Learn and contribute to application support and enhancements (including Coupa platform)
Continuously upskill on integration tools, programming, and SaaS platforms

We are responsible for Swiss Re's Legal & Compliance, Audit, Procurement and parts of the Finance applications. About you:
You are a motivated engineer who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies. You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to work in both integration and application domains.
Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development or integration
Exposure to enterprise applications and SaaS platforms is required.
Technical Skills:
Strong programming abilities in Python (preferred), particularly with the Pandas library or any other language like Java, C#
Basic understanding of APIs, REST services, and web technologies (HTTP, JSON, XML)
Exposure cloud platforms like Azure(preferred), AWS, or GCP (Google).
Basic understanding of data handling, transformations, or ETL concepts
Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps or similar tools
Willingness to learn Azure Platform and Coupa Platform.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ownership mindset with focus on quality and timely delivery
