Climate change is a top global concern amongst governments, private organizations and insurers.  Litigation based on climate change is evolving and public concern around climate change is also shaping behaviors and responses of insured entities.  This program explores climate change as it applies to risks for Property, Casualty and Professional Lines.  We examine existing litigation, discuss anticipated claims, and present key considerations for insurers.
