Conditions of Participation "Wall of resilience contest"
These conditions of participation apply to the "Wall of resilience contest" held by Swiss Re Management Ltd., Mythenquai 50/60, 8022 Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss Re is the sole organizer of the contest and is solely responsible for its implementation.
Participation in the prize draw is possible by submitting an online form containing three words that define resilience for them. Swiss Re employees are excluded as well as their families or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
Participating in the prize draw is free and not connected with the purchase of a service.
The "Wall of resilience contest" will run during the month of October 2022, starting October 13, 2022. To enter the prize draw, participants must provide in an online form three words that define resilience for them.
Winner of the prize draw will be randomly selected among prize draw participants.
By submitting the online form, you automatically take part in the competition.
Three (3) Amazon.com vouchers for the amount of EUR 150 each will be delivered to the randomly selected prize draw participant.
The winners will be notified by email within 20 days of the draw date. There will be no correspondence related to the prize draw, and there is no right of appeal. Furthermore, any liability in connection with the prize draw and the organization as well as the redemption of the prize is excluded. Any taxes or other charges shall be borne by the winner.
Swiss Re has the right to exclude participants without notice. Misuse, technical manipulation or other violations of these conditions of participation or suspicion thereof will result in disqualification. We reserve the right to take legal action.
Swiss Re has the right to make improvements or changes to a prize draw, as well as to suspend, cancel or terminate a prize draw without giving any reason.
By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to the conditions of participation.
This prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Switzerland excluding the conflict-of-law rules of private law (IPRG). Any and all questions or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
