In 1986, he was appointed as a firefighter by the Yokohama City Fire Bureau. Worked at the Hazardous Materials Division of the Prevention Department, the Special Disaster Office of the Fire and Disaster Management Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and the Research and Development Division of the Fire Training Center (Fire Academy). After working as an assistant, he moved to the Hazardous Material Safety Techniques Association in 2007. After working as the General Manager of the Business Department, the Planning Department, and the Deputy General Manager of the Planning Department, he is now the General Manager of the Planning Department. 

Engaged in dangerous goods / oil complex administration for a long time, and during the firefighting localization job in Yokohama City, he was engaged in frontline work such as license office work for dangerous goods facilities, oil complex administration, fire inspection and on-site inspections and inspections of instructors at firefighting schools. After engaging and transferring to the Hazardous Materials Safety Techniques Association, evaluation of the safety system of self-defense disaster prevention organizations at specific business establishments, and recent technological innovations have led to the development of various dangerous goods-related equipment and fire extinguishing systems using new technologies. Therefore, we are involved in various research studies that are the basis for evaluation of the performance, safety and safety of these products and systems, and revision of firefighting laws and regulations.
