The Swiss Re Code of Conduct applies to everyone who works for the company in whatever capacity and wherever they are in the world.
Our Code of Conduct encourages individuals to be at ease when coming forward with their concerns, without fear of retaliation. The Code therefore also reveals where individuals can seek guidance and offers the use of a Whistleblowing Hotline.
