Jolee Crosby Cheffe de la direction, Réassurance et présidente de Swiss Re Canada et Caraïbes anglaises

Since Jolee joined Swiss Re in 1998, she has had several roles within the Swiss Re family.  In May 2019, she joined the L&H Products Executive Leadership team as the Head of Global L&H Underwriting and Medical Reinsurance, providing dedicated leadership to deliver the Future of Underwriting initiative, execute the new L&H underwriting strategy and provide continued support and leadership for Medical Reinsurance business. More recently, her role expanded to include Core Solution Development for all L&H insurance lines of business. She is passionate about clients, Swiss Re and what they can accomplish together. 

Prior to leading the Global L&H Core Solutions, UW and Medical teams, she was Head of Asia Medical Products and Operations, based in Singapore where she was focused on helping clients profitably grow their Medical Portfolios. 

In addition to working in L&H, she also has a P&C background in both direct insurance (Corporate Solutions) and reinsurance.  As the Head of US Casualty Claims for Reinsurance, utilizing data analytics, she focused on helping clients manage their portfolio risks as well as individual claims. Prior to that, as a Senior Vice President she led a global Governance team, ensuring the appropriate framework was in place to assess and manage operational risk. The remit also included Compliance related topics such as International Trade Controls, Fraud detection initiatives, Data Protection and Business Continuity Management. 

Jolee received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and her Juris Doctorate of Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She practiced law at an Insurance defense firm, where she represented insurance carriers and their customers in litigation both at the trial and appellate levels.
