Michael Paff Head L&H Client Management ANZ Market Units L&H Reinsurance

Michael joined Swiss Re in November 2023 and leads the Client Management team working across a broad range of Insurers and Superannuation Funds within the ANZ Market.

Michael has a broad background in the insurance, wealth management and advice industries in ANZ.  Previously Chief Customer Office for Resolution Life ANZ with accountabilities across product, pricing, marketing, distribution, operations and underwriting; Managing Director and Director Operations for Australia's largest financial Advice Network and well as Director Customer Strategy leading the customer strategy, product proposition, analytics and Go-To-Market strategy across the merged AMP and AXA entities in Australia.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
