The way insurance products are designed, sold, serviced as well as the usage of customer data are all undergoing transformation. Customer touchpoints are increasingly digital and personalization is now the new normal. While there is an explosion in the amount of data generated and captured by technology , Gartner reported last year that less than 10% of chief data officers are able to measure the financial value of their data assets.
