Ralph Lawson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Baptist Health South Florida, Inc.

Prior to joining Baptist Health, Mr. Lawson spent 17 years at Deloitte, the last eight years of which were as a partner responsible for the Florida healthcare practice. Mr Lawson earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania.
Ralph Lawson also serves as Chairman of the Board of Catholic Health Services which is the largest provider of post-acute continuum of care services in the southeast United States, caring for over 6,000 people of all faiths on a daily basis. Ralph Lawson is the former National Chair of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). HFMA has over 40,000 members and 68 Chapters throughout the United States. He is a member of the National Board of Directors of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
