Gudrun Sander is Professor for Business Administration with special emphasis on Diversity Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She is also Academic Director for Diversity and Management Programs at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law. As Director of the Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion at the Research Institute for International Management (CCDI-FIM) she leads together with her team of more than 20 researchers and consultants several national wide projects for improving inclusive leadership and strategic diversity management in large international companies. For more than 20 years she works with boards, top management teams and executives in companies, non-profit-organizations and public administration. Gudrun Sander is well-known for publications on diversity and inclusion. She is also a member of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Working Group on Gender Equality and a member of the Women’s Empowerment Principles Leadership Group (WEPs LG) of UN Women and UN Global Compact. Gudrun Sander holds a Master in business administration of the Johannes Kepler University, Linz/Austria and a PhD of the University of St. Gallen/Switzerland.
