A win-win partnership

iptiQ and Van Ameyde, one of Europe’s leaders in technology-driven claims management, partner to manage iptiQ's Property and Casualty claims.

Already launched in Germany and Switzerland, the partnership further enhances iptiQ's customer service capability. In addition to optimised payments, we offer our customers end-to-end service during some of their biggest life challenges. In Van Ameyde, we've found a full-service claims management provider that not only covers Europe, but also has the digital capabilities and standards that match our own.”

Van Ameyde provides solutions from advanced analytics to straight-through-processing of high-volume, low complexity claims in all business lines. The combined IT and claim expert capabilities improve the quality of the services we offer iptiQ’s customers.”

iptiQ, wholly owned by Swiss Re, expanded its B2B2C insurtech offering to Property and Casualty lines in 2018, adding to its existing Life and Health business. The risk-technology company's goal is to make insurance more accessible and affordable via partnerships with trusted brands, allowing its partners to sell bespoke insurance products that suit their customers’ needs. iptiQ's versatile platform and capabilities help companies better engage with customers and build a new revenue stream in a short timeframe.
