Professional experience

Maurus Rischatsch joined Swiss Re in 2015 as a Senior Economist and currently is a member of the Group Economic Research and Strategy team. Since 2019, he is the Life & Health (L&H) Economic Research Lead and coordinates global L&H projects, develops new forecasting frameworks to support the team's forward-looking modelling, plans and executes cross-functional consumer research studies, and supports group strategy projects. Before joining Swiss Re, he was a management consultant at Deloitte's Advanced Analytics practice. Earlier, Maurus was an academic researcher with a strong focus on data science / data analytics in healthcare at the University of Zurich's Department of Economics.
