Susan is a Fellow in Connection Science at MIT, an experienced executive and serial entrepreneur with a track record of building businesses, advising senior executives and boards, and developing high performance networks around the world. She has worked in the energy, financial services, media and social sectors.
Most recently, Susan worked with IHSMarkit and the producers of CERAWeek to initiate the Innovation Agora, a platform dedicated to dialogue on the role of disruptive technology across the energy system. Previously, Susan led a team at Bloomberg focused on delivering innovation across the media, data and analytical platforms; and at Bloomberg New Energy Finance, launching their Future of Energy Summit, which she continues to chair. Susan started her career as a banker at UBS and Chase, in New York and Zurich.
Susan is an Advisory Board member at swissnex Boston, the Swiss science and innovation consulate, and an independent director on several boards. She is deeply passionate about digital literacy and data ethics.
Susan graduated from Harvard College with honors in the History of Science, and lives with her family in greater Boston.
