2. Complete Online Assessments

After the initial review, candidates will be invited to complete online assessments. They will receive an email with relevant links and videos from:

  • One of our Graduate Programme Advisors
  • A Graduate sharing their experience

3. Prepare for the Interview

Candidates will be invited to participate in virtual and/or in-person interviews. To help you prepare, we encourage you to learn more about Swiss Re and come ready with any questions you may have for the interview panel.

4. Assessment Centre

The final step in the recruitment process is a full-day assessment centre, which may be held either in person or online.
