Strengthening climate resilience: findings from the Economics of Climate Adaptation working group

Ten cities were examined in an effort to collect information on local climate risks.

In a seminal study on the Economics of Climate Adaptation (ECA), Swiss Re and other leading organisations developed a methodology to quantify local climate risks and provide decision-makers with the necessary facts to design a cost-effective climate adaptation strategy. The world map presents individual ECA country cases and the latest findings.
