A very happy New Year to you.
The New Year is a time for making resolutions and following through on commitments. Our commitment to you is to continue to campaign and lead the search for industry solutions to meet the healthcare funding needs of our ageing society.
Last year, we convened a series of inaugural Swiss Re Health Symposia in a number of Asian markets on healthcare funding for ageing populations. We were able to do this because of your support and valuable participation in these events.
To capture the key learnings and discussions from the Symposia, we've put together this Executive Summary. We invite you to also browse the speakers' talks which have been posted on our website here (Password: swissre). Executive Summaries from the other markets will also be available on our website shortly.
In the coming months, we will also take important next steps to bring together a Taskforce of people to take forward the solutions identified during the Symposia. We're excited to share progress updates with you from this Taskforce.
Again, thank you for being a part of this initiative, and as always please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or suggestions.
Wishing you a happy, healthy and prosperous 2014, and Year of the Horse!
