Swiss Re’s Kansas City Metcalf building sits on 3.5 acres in Overland Park, Kansas. The building originally opened in 1980 and was expanded 10 years later with the addition of a south wing. The building is often noted for its five story tropical atrium, which contains living plants and trees, a fountain and waterfall.
