To catch the shuttle from the airport, report to the nearest KCI Shuttle ticket counter. You'll find these counters located adjacent to most airline baggage claim areas. If you have difficulty finding a KCI Shuttle ticket counter, please dial "5000" on any white airport courtesy telephone. You will be connected to a KCI Shuttle Customer Service Representative who will provide further assistance.
To return to the airport, call the KCI Shuttle Reservation Line at least 2 hours before you need to be picked up.

Swiss Re corporate security will issue you a temporary badge. You will be asked to provide identification and sign in at the front security desk. Please wear the badge at all times. The employee you are visiting will escort you during your stay at our facility. Before leaving, please return the temporary badge and sign out at the security desk.

Visitor parking is available at the Overland Park facility (near the building entrance).
