Our business is highly specialised and the training you receive is therefore thorough and intense. The graduates@swissre programme spends 18 months training you in all aspects of our business.
Depending on your work experience and your preference, the following options are available under the graduates@swissre programme:
- BA/MA/MBA/PhD (little or no work experience): Professionals Programme
- MA/MBA/PhD (3+ years of relevant work experience): Professionals Programme or Advanced Professionals Programme
The graduates@swissre programme combines general business learning modules and specific technical modules offering a unique and well-rounded curriculum including analytical, communication and leadership skills development linked to our corporate principles and strategy.
