If you just earned your degree and you have little or no work experience, we will recruit you for one of our core business functions where a line manager will be appointed and responsible for you. During the 18 months you will also rotate to a different business area at your home base where you will receive further training.

If you are a graduate with three plus years of relevant work experience, our Advanced Professionals Programme might be an alternative for you.

graduates@swissre programme combines general business learning modules and specific technical modules offering a unique and well-rounded curriculum including analytical, communication and leadership skills development linked to our corporate principles and strategy.

The training consists of two mandatory training blocks, one at the start and one at the end of the programme. The second training block focuses on your specific needs and interests and it will be up to you and your line manager to decide which training modules can best further your career. Your work experience will dictate the number of required training days during the second block.

The mandatory training blocks are attended by all participants, regardless of the functions for which they work.
