Advanced Professionals Programme

If you are a graduate with three plus years of relevant work experience, our Advanced Professionals programme might be the perfect opportunity for you to get insight into various areas and aspects of our firm.

Under the Advanced Professionals programme, you will be joining a pool of highly qualified graduates who will be assigned during the duration of the programme to group projects and global initiatives depending upon your skills set, prior work experience and your objectives.

Due to the importance and global impact of  the projects/initiatives, you will gain exposure to the highest level of our company and, at the same time, we will provide you with the necessary training that you will need in order to  reach your peak capabilities.

The Advanced Professionals programme is part of our graduates@swissre programme and pool participants are assigned to our in-house Consultancy Unit.

The training consists of three training blocks. The second training block focuses on your specific needs and interests and it will be up to you and your line manager to decide which training modules can best further your career.

Regardless of the business area, all participants attend the mandatory training blocks.
