Swiss Re Consultancy
Swiss Re Consultancy is the internal consulting units specialising in project/ project portfolio management, process (re)engineering and change management services. Our consultants work in different roles on strategically important project for all Swiss Re functional areas. The unit provides a dynamic, challenging environment similar to independent consultancy firms and offers a unique learning opportunity across all areas of Swiss Re.
Internal Audit
Swiss Re's Internal Audit function provides the opportunity for individuals to broaden their knowledge of the Group as well as to develop key leadership skills. The Internal Audit function is responsible for providing independent assurance to the Board over the key controls focussing on the risk areas of the business. Internal Audit works closely with the Risk Management teams across the group.
Strategy Development
Strategy Development encompasses four key functions: Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives, all of which support the CEO and the Executive Board in formulating, coordinating and executing Group Strategy.
