Each IIABA state association administers this program as our agent. This program is endorsed by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA) and all 51 IIABA state associations.

Loss control seminars
Your state IIABA office offers loss control seminars in an area near you. By meeting attendance requirements, you may be eligible for our 10% loss control credit. Contact your IIABA state association to locate the next available seminar.
Loss control services
Loss control services available to our policyholders include loss control seminars (run by state IIABA associations) and other services such as:
- Loss runs identifying causes of loss and line of business involved in the loss
- Prior claim history review with recommendations made to prevent future similar claims
- Audits of agency operations and procedures
- Consultation with loss control staff to address specific agency questions
Costs of these and other loss control services vary. All coverage and features are subject to underwriting review.
Coverage is also available outside the IIABA endorsed program through brokers who represent us in the various states.
